Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that incorporates physical postures, movement, breathing techniques and focused meditation to improve the natural energy flow in the body.

Wild Goose Qigong, Spiral

This is a lyrical, intermediate Wild Goose form good for clearing stagnation and supporting brain function.  Wild Goose basics will be covered in the class.  Beginner to Intermediate.  $15/class; $120 for a 10-class punch card.

Taichi

Taichi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits such as circulation, balance, and alignment. The low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. 

Yang Style Taichi Class

with Scarlett Malone, Wednesday 1:30-2:30

Emphasis on structure and principles of movement that can be practiced every day in aging to develop strength, balance, and coordination, while learning the moves of a Yang tai chi form.  Beginner to Intermediate.  $15/class; $120 for a 10-class punch card.
