Samantha is a Yoga practitioner with a background in Hatha and Yin from the Himalayas of Northern India. With a focus on proper alignment for a healthy spine and restoration for a balanced mind she offers a gentle approach to practicing yoga that allows you to explore your wellbeing through thoughtful movement and introspection.
Currently an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy student, her classes incorporate ancient wisdom on digestion and lifestyle habits, doshic balancing and practicing yoga with the cycles of nature.
Throughout classes you can expect a variety of pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra chanting and asana that change with the seasons.

Samantha offers private yoga sessions including a 1 hour fee consultation. Her classes at Potentials Wellness Center are Sunday evenings and Monday mornings, and a co—taught series with Anna Master on Friday mornings.
