Yoga Classes


Incorporating yoga into your weekly routine is a great way to give yourself a break from the business of everyday life. Our small, weekly classes provide a space that allows you to decompress, invigorate, grow, restore and reconnect with yourself in a supportive group environment.

When beginning a new class, please make sure to come in a little earlier so that you can discuss any potential limitations with the instructor. We welcome you to drop into any of our classes, but cannot guarantee that there will always be room available. When you can, we recommend registering in advance to secure your space. Reserve now –>

Gentle Yoga

(Wednesdays & Fridays 9.30am -10.45am) – Anna Murphy-Moore

Our gentle yoga class is designed for older adults and students new to yoga, offering a gradual and comfortable practice to help maintain strength and agility, improve balance and coordination, and heighten mental stability. Students of gentle yoga will cultivate improved postures and breathing techniques and leave each class feeling relaxed, focused, and revitalized.


The collaboration between one teacher and one student in a private yoga session provides the perfect setting to address your individual goals and areas of interest in a safe, comfortable space.

One-on-One Sessions

You and your teacher will work together to design a treatment plan uniquely tailored to your personal needs.

Group Series

In our therapeutic group series, you will learn yogic practices that are relevant and beneficial to your condition with a group of other people who are managing similar issues.
