Elizabeth Wolf, LAc
Rooted in the wisdom of nature and the philosophy of “heal thyself” I am passionate about guiding each person on their unique path toward wellness. I embrace the belief that the patient is the true teacher showing me the pace and direction of healing through a slower, more intentional approach to medicine. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental ear and prioritize comfort, creating a safe space for healing to unfold naturally.

I have a special interest in mental health and emotional well-being, treating pain and suffering through a somatic lens, guided by the natural rhythms of the Chinese Medicine seasons. Supporting patients through grief, loss, heartbreak, and transformation is a profoundly meaningful part of my practice.

I offer a unique blend of Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine to nurture the body’s ability to return to balance and resilience. Each treatment is tailored, combining Acupuncture, herbs, supplements, dietary guidance, and Craniosacral Therapy. For those seeking natural facial care, I provide integrative treatments including Microneedling, Facial Cupping, and Facial Gua Sha that restore radiance while grounding the whole system.

My own journey into this field began in my mid-20s, while seeking alternative ways to support loved ones undergoing chemotherapy. That personal experience deepened my commitment to holistic healing and continues to inspire my work. Growing up in a Western medicine household, I was inspired by my parents’ dedication to healing and care. That foundation led me to explore a different, yet complementary, path one rooted in the holistic and integrative principles of Chinese Medicine. As a former competitive gymnast and dancer, I developed a deep respect for the resilience and complexity of the human body.

Based in Portland, Oregon, I live with my husband Gene, our two children, Remi and Juniper, our dog Pepper, and our playful kittens, Luffy and Nori.
