Martha is a dedicated practitioner with 28 years experience. She has developed skills to work with challenging cases and can modify her approach for nearly all age groups and levels of health. While she continues to study and train in the science and methodology of bodywork, what keeps her fully engaged over all these years are the rewarding, co-creative therapeutic relationships she forms with her clients.

Martha’s touch is targeted to achieve clinical benefits and postural improvement, yet it is comforting. Reiki and Ortho-Bionomy trainings have opened her to the practice of flowing energy rather than relying on force to evoke change.  If deeper pressure could be useful, that is always decided together. She will listen and observe intently, then follow your body’s unwinding and pacing as it releases into higher levels of organization and balance. Movement cues and education about principles of alignment will help bring your newfound potentials to conscious awareness.
